Agulhas National Park

Accommodation

The park is in the process of establishing a rest camp, about 7km west of the town of L’Agulhas, on the historical farm Paapekuilfontein, which was part of the farm Zoetendalsvallei owned by the Van Breda family from before 1853. When completed the rest camp will consist of 4 x 2 bedroom units, 4 x 1 bedroom units and a guesthouse.

Progress Update

During the latter part of the project a number of unforeseen structural problems were identified, which has caused the completion of the rest camp to be delayed even further. Due to the nature of the problems, it would not be possible to give a new date for completion. However, it is our endeavour to resolve these problems and have the chalets ready for occupation as quickly as possible.
